Direct employment. Real training. Sites you go home from.
We do not hire through labour contractors. Everyone on a CICL site is on the CICL payroll, with the same insurance, the same PPE and the same right to stop the job. Engineers get a project of their own within three years. Trades get certified at our school in Savar.

Paid on the 1st
Every month, for 28 years. Including on site, in cash, for daily-rate trades.

Training school
Welding, formwork, rigging and electrical certification at our own facility in Savar.

Health cover
Group medical insurance for every employee and their immediate family.

Your own job
Graduate engineers run a project of their own within three years, with a director as backup.
