02 / Who we are
Twenty-eight years on site
On time.
On spec.
On site.
CICL was started by two site engineers who were tired of watching good drawings turn into bad buildings. Twenty-eight years later we still run every job the same way: a CICL engineer on site every day, a CICL crew doing the work, and a programme that is published to the client, not hidden from them.
We self-perform concrete, steel and MEP, which means fewer subcontract interfaces, fewer surprises and a single point of accountability. If it goes wrong, you call us. It rarely does.

03 / What we do
Six ways
to break ground.
From greenfield earthworks to tenant fit-out, delivered as a general contractor or under a single design-build contract. Every service runs on the same crews, the same plant and the same safety system.
All services →- 01 General Contracting Lump-sum and GMP delivery of commercial, residential and institutional buildings up to 40 storeys.
- 02 Civil & Infrastructure Roads, bridge approaches, drainage, piling and deep foundations. Own fleet of 60+ earthmoving units.
- 03 Industrial & Steel Pre-engineered and structural steel, factories, warehouses and cold stores. In-house fabrication yard, 1,200 t/month.
- 04 Design-Build One contract, one team, one price. Our engineers and partner architects take you from brief to handover.
- 05 MEP Engineering Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire systems, designed, installed and commissioned by our own teams.
- 06 Fit-Out & Renovation Live-environment refurbishment, office and retail fit-out, structural strengthening of occupied buildings.
A selection of recent work across civil, industrial and commercial sectors. Every project listed was delivered by CICL crews under a CICL site engineer.

05 / How we deliver
Five steps.
No surprises.
The same sequence on every job, whether it is a 400 m² warehouse or a 40-storey tower. Each step has a named CICL owner and a signed-off deliverable before the next one starts.

Fourteen months, forty thousand square metres, and the only variation order was one we asked for. I have never had a contractor hand me the programme before I asked for it.
The cold store had to open before the mango season. CICL put a second shift on at their own cost and handed over nine days early. That is the whole review.
Six floors of a live banking hall refurbished at night, with the branches open every morning. Our customers never knew the contractor was in the building.
